Before becoming a Realtor®, I was an educator — and that mindset still shapes the way I work today. My goal has always been the same: take complex ideas, break them down clearly, and make sure the person in front of me truly understands what they’re getting into.

When I entered the real estate industry, I saw too many people making the biggest financial decisions of their lives without fully understanding the process. Transactions were rushed, industry jargon replaced clear explanations, and clients often signed agreements without being given the time or guidance they deserved.

That’s why I founded Ruzh Estates.

“Ruzh” comes from my name — Ruzbeh. The brand is personal on purpose. It represents a commitment to honest guidance, thoughtful advice, and long-term relationships with every client I work with.
